Regenerative Combustion System for Pusher Type Furnace

The regenerative burner uses a regenerator to maximizes the recovery of heat of flue gas, obtains a very high air preheating temperature, and greatly reduces the energy consumption, however, the higher preheating temperature also means poor temperature uniformity and higher NOx emissions.

 

The pusher-type furnace of a special steel factory in Shandong has been reformed with the regenerative burner SX which adopts Sinnox-flame technology, which greatly reduces the consumption of natural gas, and the NOx emissions can still meet the requirements of relevant standards.
